Share Proof

Finish with proof you can show and explain. Capture a screenshot or link, run the 60-second explanation, and keep private data out of it.

Share Proof

What this is

You finish Zero to Website by capturing proof and explaining it. Publishing can fail; proof should not. Even a screenshot plus a clear explanation is a real finish.

Why it matters

Proof makes the work real and shareable. The explanation shows you understood what you built instead of just clicking generate. Together they are what you take away from the session.

What to do

Capture your proof

Aim as high as your time allows:

  • Minimum: a clean screenshot of the finished page, or the V0 preview.
  • Strong: a V0 published link, if your account and credits allow. Open it yourself first to confirm it actually loads.

Fill in the 60-second explanation

Copy this and answer each line out loud. It is your spoken summary.

Keep private data out of it

Before you share anything, check that your page and screenshots contain no private information: no passwords, API keys, private client data, personal phone numbers, or addresses. If sample content is standing in for real data, say so.

Common mistakes

  • Spending all your time publishing and leaving no screenshot.
  • Sharing a link you never opened to confirm it works.
  • Skipping the explanation, so the proof has no story.
  • Claiming the page does more than it really does.
  • Leaving real private data or secrets in a shared screenshot.
